Separate websites linked from this website, including the LEEMOUSINE booking and payment website, are governed by their own privacy policies.

We process only the personal data necessary for the relevant purpose. Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (point (b)), compliance with a legal obligation (point (c)), or our or a third party’s legitimate interests (point (f)).

Where processing is based on legitimate interests, these include operating the website securely and reliably and handling enquiries and business communications appropriately. We delete personal data once the purpose has been fulfilled unless a statutory retention obligation or another legitimate reason requires further storage.

When you use the contact form on lidn.de, your name, email address, message and selected language may be processed. This information is transmitted through Lidn GmbH’s server to the info@lidn.de mailbox, and your email address is used as the reply address.

Our email or hosting provider may act as a processor when the message is sent. For enquiries relating to a contract or service request, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. General enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in efficient business communication.

To prevent spam and misuse of the system, the number of submissions may be limited for a short period using the IP address. Enquiry data is deleted once it has been dealt with unless a statutory retention obligation or another legitimate reason requires further storage.

When you select a language, the NEXT_LOCALE cookie may be used to continue providing the requested language. This cookie stores only the selected language code: de, en or ko. As the cookie is technically necessary to provide a website function you have expressly requested, it may be used without separate consent under Section 25(2) of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG). The fonts used on this website are served with the website itself. Your browser therefore does not connect separately to an external font server such as Google Fonts to display the pages.

The website currently does not embed maps, videos, social-media feeds or other external content that transmits personal data to third parties as soon as a page is opened. If you follow an external link, the relevant provider may process data under its own responsibility. Please consult that provider’s privacy policy.

This website is hosted by HOSTINGER, UAB, Švitrigailos str. 34, LT-03230 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania. In providing the website, the hosting provider may process IP addresses, server logs and technically necessary connection information. It processes personal data on our behalf in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

Otherwise, access to personal data is limited to the responsible staff of Lidn GmbH and IT service providers whose involvement is necessary. We do not sell personal data.
